I’ve not known such strong winds to last so long. The wind & rain together last night was horrendous. I think it was worse than last week.

We have had our share down here also Trev! Dry and a tiny bit of blue sky at moment but more rain on way! I for one am pleased, yes it's miserable but at least the dams are getting filled. Roll on summer though.

Looks like we are for some cold days and nights this week , but the sun will be back next week .
I must say it has been a mild winter , we have hardly used much gas compared to last winter .

Just hope the rain holds off for tomorrow morning from about 10.45am to 11.30ish when we're up at Polemi cemetery.

Storm EVELTHI is forecast to stay a few days and we're all experiencing it - potential snowfall overnight on Thursday for areas such as Kathikas, Tsada etc
I am still waiting up here Tsada area for the snow to come for some nice Winter pics, but even in Stratos/Panayia (1000 m) no snow
not even potential
27.1.17 we had a least a bit, for a couple of hours.....
and here where the snow is right now, 26.1.18, 8 AM
