A 35-year-old man was arrested on Saturday in connection with the robbery attempt last week of a Bank of Cyprus branch in Paphos and a break-in at the Paphos general hospital’s accounts department last year.
The attempted robbery of the bank branch in Paphos took place on January 4 when two men with their faces covered tried at around 1.30pm to break into the branch via the back security door, using iron crowbars.
