Hi Beachchef we have an old stone house insured with Atlantic insurance Executive household policy 186 euro per year with unlimited unoccupancy period covers contents as well shop around but think this is good.

Thank you for your repleys I will give them a call this morning I did find a company insure my villa that will cover the house 350 That's was for a rebuild cost 300.000 The earthquake Cover is important to us
