I watched an interesting item on BBC World TV this morning about a trial running a London bus on oil extracted from used coffee beans obtained from coffee shops.
It is apparently mixed with regular (mineral oil) diesel fuel.
What they did not tell us is what proportion coffee oil:regular diesel they are using.
Anyone on the forum know the answer?
Thanks.
Amos.

Re: London buses running on coffee!
I don't know about buses running on waste coffee, but homes can be heated using waste coffee pellets.

Ah, just found this on google http://money.cnn.com/2017/11/20/technol ... index.html
So it looks as though the same company has found a way to market the oil they previously dumped. BRAVO
