Dont care personally, if Idiots dont buckle up, its their head thats going to be smashed, but when it comes to their kids, thats a different matter.

If they are buckled up and lose control there is a chance they might avoid an accident , no seat belt and it is highly likely they will take someone else with them , now that I do care about
