You mean the "W" at the start of the question, apart from that I can't see any unnecessary capitalisation ......... in fact I can't see any at all! Maybe the poster's style is a bit OTT (oops that's capitalisation) but apart from a bold font, too large a text & no

There is nothing wrong with the question. Nor is there anything wrong with the op's use of capitalisation. As long as I can understand what a post means, I am fairly laid back as to how it is punctuated. I appreciate that a lot of us use tablets which makes editing more tricky. However, if you criticise somebody else's grammar, as you did, you should make sure your own grammar is correct first.
