Farmer's dream - not a Hummer.... pics

This farmer blocked a lot of parking space in front of my favourite Fish Tavern with his impressive vehicle while he was having lunch. He looked very proud when he left the driver's cabin similar to the guys at Muse Restaurant with their "Hummer's" to show off. But this is certainly business...

Cabin is 3.30 m high, nearly 10 tons, tank 550 l, back tyre nearly my height !

As a sprog, I used to drive my brother's old dumper truck - even before I could reach the brake pedal properly. That caused a bit of aggro when I couldn't stop it one day, so just jumped off as it was heading towards a cherry tree. My poor father had to chase after it and leapt on, just in time to avert a prang. I stuck to the ride on mower after that, until I grew an inch or two.

If I had been there, Max, I would have been pestering for a ride in that thing. The Cypriots are so delightful, perhaps I would have got my wish.

Thank you Max! Love a bit of ploughing, yes I know I'm weird..... Still don't think I could reach the pedals (only 5'1" and a bit) but oh boy, I'd give it a go.

I've popped out of Read Only mode briefly to ask a couple of questions. (Sorry if this offends a couple of fellow members, though)

Wondering why the farmer parked his tractor outside the restaurant with the enormous ploughing attachment fixed on the back, making it 15m long?

Looking at the tractor on it's own... Would this climb up a 45º rocky scree in the Akamas, without falling over backwards, I wonder?

When I was a farmer, I did 'legs' and my brother did 'wheels' so my knowledge of machinery is quite limited, BUT, IIRC the pressures were sub 20psi we needed the ballast, but low pressure spread the load and thus reduced the soil compaction.
Does that make sense?
