Yes we all like free,this through using VLC player,you may have to look in settings for other players to stop it looping,above each m3u file it shows which button on VLC to stop it changing channle every 20secs,dont for get to do it lol

downlaod the zip extract the VLC cone symbol to desktop,then just double click and it will open in VLC,if you want channle list look on View in top menu bar click on playlist,it will open a preview pane bottom left just double click onon it and it will full screen the prog...used America/Can but select what you want from the web page in UK

if you havent got VLC heres the link you want....yes you can use this on Apple...just select icon under download button or go to Apple store

If you download the m3u file before you have VLC installed go to the M3u file right click /properties/general tab/type of file clcik on change select VLC and apply
