RESIDENCY REQUIREMENTS

Living in Cyprus or thinking about it?

EU citizens who wish to reside in Cyprus for more than three months must apply for a Residency Permit or yellow slip.
This can be completed at your local immigration office of the Ministry of Interior Republic of Cyprus using form MEU1 or by visiting your local Citizen Service Centre.

I imagine some of these are those people who live here but have no yellow slip because they (fraudulently) use their EHIC card to obtain free health care here. Neither do they pay tax.

I should do, having resided here for 14 years!
But it is still a learning curve because the goal posts keep moving (bit like the UK!!).
