Paphos man walks in pharmacy and stabs two women in attempted murder case

A man allegedly stabbed two women inside a Paphos pharmacy on Monday morning, according to police.

The suspect, 35, reportedly walked inside a pharmacy in a central avenue in the Chlorakas area and attacked the owner, 33, and an assistant, 24.

Both sustained injuries from the stabbing; however, they appear to be out of danger. They were transported to Paphos General Hospital shortly after the attack.

The man fled the scene of the crime, however, he later turned himself in to Paphos police.

Authorities said they are investigating a case of attempted murder.
