Road tax renewal

Good morning

We have tried several times to renew our road tax via the website
Even tho we enter the correct details and band details we get a error message saying

Multi transaction error code 500

Can anyone advise

Perhaps their system cannot cope at the moment after a reminder in CMail 2 days ago was published and many people in Cyprus like to pay the last moment....
