Too much UV radiation while sunbathing ?

Very soon it is warm enough to have a nice relaxing sunbath. However many people are concerned to get too much UV radiation which can be responsible for skin cancer issues.

Recently I found an interesting website, telling you the hourly UV index for lower Paphos (p.e. airport) for the next few days.

If you scroll down it tells you also the maximum exposure time and recommended sun protection for different skin types, which I found very interesting, hence I share it here....

Yesterday we had already factor 4 at midday for one hour.
