Please can anyone help.
We have an Air Source Heat pump for our underfloor heating. I am not convinced that it was ever installed properly three and a half years ago. I do not have confidence in the original installer. It is an LG system. When it works, it is great, but getting it to start up is the difficulty. At the moment, I can't get it to go at all.
I would also like the in-house controls replaced with wifi controlled units.
I am having trouble finding anyone who can come and have a look at it, sort the problem and install new controllers. I have tried 3 companies. One doesn't call back, the second said that if they didn't do the original installation they aren't interested and the third said they are too busy.
Can anyone recommend someone reliable who can service an Air Source Heat pump system and install new controllers?
