transfer of deeds

Hi all we have a flat in both names how do I get to transfer into one name
do I need a solicitor or could gweeny do it and has anybody done this and
if so rough cost

You can look on the Cyprus government site land registry where there is information that is quite clear. Depending on relationship between transferees it can be done easily and at little expense.

A few years ago my Father in Law transferred his title deed of our house to his daughter, my wife.
The cost was not too much and we paid Gwenny to do all the running around. She was with us when we went to the land registry to actually do the signing over.
