The PUK number will be a puzzle / problem for me. But I will probably go to the shop anyway

if you have a CYTA So Easy account the identification process can be done online via your account page, it is very simple in fact "So Easy", you need your passport and to be able to do a selfie too.
the whole thing took about 5 mins, your PUK code etc is all there in your account info.

Well I use Cyta 'So Easy' Pay as you go. But I have no idea whether I have an account or how to access it . I have a passport and I can take a selfie with my phone

You have to go online and register your account Trev, mobile number / details etc then you can verify your id.

But if its easier for you to go to the store perhaps thats the way.

I just go into the cyta shop and they solve any problem for me with a smile.

I did mine last night ... tried on the PC but taking a photo of my passport wasn't working so up popped a QR code - I scanned that with my phone and it took me through the whole process with relative ease.
It says that it will give a €10 bonus (but not for "Classic" users, which is what I am) but when I check my balance on the "My CYTA" app, which I have on my phone, it says I have the €10.29 that I've had all month plus another €10 'pocket money' although I'm not really sure how I can access this pocket money!

Hmm, all I had to do to verify my mobile was go to MyCyta account, enter my number and it said 'verified'. I almost immediately got an SMS from SoEasy confirming successful identification and 10 euros credit.

Can only assume that as I had added my mobile to MyCyta account ages ago that was all that was needed.

Yes how to do you get the pocket money, i just cant see how.

My understanding is that the ' pocket money's is €10 to be used within 60 days by making phone calls. Certainly that's what's happening with me...
Every time I make a call It tells me after the call that there is no charge as it's coming from my bonus...
