Is Lemba Art Colleg Dying?

Lemba Art College has been an important cultural fixture in Paphos for years. Recently though, it is has seemed in a bit of a sorry state. Every time I drive past it the fences are up, and there is no sign of life within. A news report earlier in the year (see below) talked of problems and questioned its future. Yet their Facebook page still seems current. So what is going on? If anybody knows the real picture, please let us know.

This film was made because we love the wall with all the sculptures, and wanted to record a film of it for posterity in case it isn't going to be around for much longer.
