Made a couple of adjustments to the settings. This is the advantage of writing your own webcam system. You can tweak it at will.

It isn't perfect now, but at least you can tell if it is raining or sunny.

Original settings, if I ever get to put it back in its original spot:

Rotation: 2.5
xtop 700
ytop 600
xbottom2200
ybottom1600
