Paphos Park Of Colours can be found behind the Central Papantoniou's Supermarket in Paphos. It provides a peaceful oasis for you to relax or go for a gentle stroll. The playground is very popular with the local kids, while older ones can use the nearby skatepark. There is even a climbing wall. Coupled with a football pitch and tennis court, it is a valuable commodity for the city's physical and mental health.
Naturally, being Autumn, there is a somewhat rustic look to the flora, with some of the abundant trees shedding their leaves prior to winter. The only downside is that there still appears to be no company running the coffee shop at the top of the park. This must surely be a golden opportunity for somebody...

Re: Paqphos Park Of Colours
I don't think that it will be a golden opportunity to run the cafeteria for a monthly fee of 1500 Euro when the contractant has to maintain the whole complex for the next 7 years, (sports facilities, toilets, electricity, garden maintenance, water....) while the income is only from the cafeteria.
"The licensee will undertake the obligation of maintaining and, when necessary, upgrading the entire park while retaining the right to commercially profit from the cafeteria."

Re: Paqphos Park Of Colours
That's daft. They wpuld be much better off pricing the cafeteria at market rate and maintaining the park with their existing teams.
Actually if you read the article in full it states:
The licensee will undertake the obligation of maintaining and, when necessary, upgrading the entire park while retaining the right to commercially profit from the cafeteria, sports areas, and climbing wall.
So they can also rent out the football pitch and climbing wall. I guess the potential buyer would most likely already be in the Leisure Industry.
