The Wreck of the Edro III

Post by Dominic »

The Edro III Wreck is a big draw for people wanting to see a genuine shipwreck up close. You can find it on the road between Coral Bay and Sea Caves.

We don't recommend climbing on board it though. It is dangerous and could get you in trouble. I mention this because the last three times we have filmed it there have been people doing just that. In this clip somebody even takes their kids on to it. Please don't do this. Enjoy the wreck from the safety of the shore.

Looks in worse shape now than it did in your earlier films - The metalwork looks like it is dissolving

Yes I was shocked to see that bloke on it with his kids.

Also though, this was shot with the new drone that has a much better camera. So you will be getting a clearer image.

It was much clearer than usual - You must also be using a different walk around Camera as the Promenade Stroll film was also very clear

Horrible eye sore, I just wish they would break it up and remove it.
It's not the size of the dog in the fight, it's the size of the fight in the dog.

Yes, well spotted! My GoPro 10 bit the dust so I had to invest in a GoPro 13.

The number of folks who go to look at it and then post photos ... I suspect you are in the minority.

If a wreck floats folks boat perhaps it could be preserved rather than let it rot away
Agree about the quality of the video - superb
