Speeding

Why oh why do the local police set up many many speed traps in and around the King Evelthon where very few people walk but totally ignore the bit of the road between the Kings Mall and the Tomb of the kings. It makes zero sense and I fear it only a matter of time until someone is hurt or worse as a car or a motorbike loses control.
