Israeli media report 4 locations for potential Hezbollah attack in Cyprus

An Israeli media outlet on Monday had listed four locations that Hezbollah could attack in Cyprus, should the country actively support Israeli military strikes in Gaza conflict.

According to an article published on Mako, which belongs to the Keshet Media Group, and written by Assaf Rosenzweig, if Cyprus supports the Israeli strikes, then there are four locations that could be threatened.

One is the Andreas Papandreou air force base in Paphos, while another is the Nicosia base in Lakatamia.

Memory Man - I am just curious as to why you only ever post a news Item you have copied and pasted with a link but never make any comment yourself - just speaking on my own behalf but I enjoy reading the news and suspect many others on this forum also follow events around Cyprus and surrounding areas so we are all probably well informed on regional events - your posts seem to make us aware of situations most people are already aware of and with no personal feedback you just seem to be posting events we are already know about - would be nice to have a commentary with your own thoughts when posting

Why make your personal views known on a public forum. If I made mine known I'm sure the forum trolls, and there have been many in the past, would be after me.
The article MM posted was more detailed about the situation than others I had read.

Those of us that have served in certain capacities in the armed forces here in Cyprus are well aware of the advance notice the bases can provide the Cyprus Govt/NATO if potential hostile forces form up in the Middle East and make approaches to the island.

When I post news items it is because I have noticed them and thought other people might find them interesting of useful. It won't necessarily be of a subject that is interesting to me. I am posting it to hopefully inform other people.

I am sure MM has the same motive, though I am not putting words in his mouth.
