Not too hot yet, no wind at all and sitting in one meter distance from the sea.... that's what I like the most.
I arrived at the place before 12 AM since the car wash I went before, was quicker than I thought, hence no much customers yet.

The owner just finished cleaning the whole area hours before... this is the way from the main restaurant to the beach pavilion.

So inside the place the customer can see all kind of fresh fish and take his order from there.

This is the fish they reserved for me, a 380 gr Sorgos, just caught this morning with their own fishing boats at Timi Beach.

My usual table next to the sea was also reserved and I had a look what's happening at the beach while waiting for food.

Very soon the usual village salad arrived (its called Max's salad as it is with garlic, but without cabbage)

Of course not only salad, but also a small bottle of red "Tsanggarides", village bread, sea salt, lemons.
Half hour later the main dish arrived as I demand enough time to relax by eating this huge salad and enjoy the views.

close up of fish and the chips, which are made from their own potatoes right behind the tavern and harvested last week.

After removing the main bone one can see how perfect the fish was cooked from George, chef and one of the owners.

While waiting for coffee and small dessert, another view at the beach, people enjoying their time swimming...

The seaweed will be removed not before July as they don't trust the weather, as heavy wind can bring the weed back to shore.
So finally I received Greek coffee and a delicious sweet dessert called "Tsipopitta" which is a pitta made with cream and a nut filling.(home-made)
(both from the house)

I suggest, not to visit the tavern on a Sunday as it is usually very very busy with locals and tourists as well.
