How do you download a "Connection & Consumption Certificate" from the EAC site. I've registered and on the "My Accounts" page selected my single account. Scrolling down, you get to:
"To issue a Connection and Consumption Certificate select the period you are interested in and then export it in PDF format."
For the Period, there's a "Date From " box, but no "Date To" box. If I put the whole period in the Date From box, nothing happens when I click the Generate button.
Am I missing something? The reason I'm trying to do this is to avoid going to the EAC office, but it would be useful to know anyway. My email query to EAC is unanswered.
