If you are in the Old Town, Paphos, don't take the narrow lane nearly opposite Nero's Coffee Bar.
It should lead to the top the hill up from the harbour, near the traffic lights... But the lane is
still blocked off less than halfway up. So you have to turn left to-the big church and either try to turn round to retrace your steps down the way you came, down the narrow lane, or try to find your
way with no diversion signs to help.
Wonder why The Min of Works and Bricks haven't placed a '''no through road' sign to stop people using it? This morning it was chaotic with streams of cars wanting to use it!

Yes, the road which passes the Bean Haus coffee shop at the top of the hill near the Kennedy Square traffic lights is completely dug up and yesterday there was a JCB working there. Looked as if that road might be closed for a few weeks.
However, vehicles were using the road opposite Caffe Nero in both directions yesterday afternoon and joining/leaving the road up to Kennedy Square via the T-junction opposite the park just down from Rickys Travel Agent.
Even so, things may have changed since I was in the area yesterday afternoon so best to avoid that area.
