They moved Theletra a few decades ago. Or rather, they moved the villagers. The area was prone to landslides (and still is) so for safety's sake they rebuilt the village on top of the hill. Old Theletra does seem to be having a bit of a resurgence though, and there are a few people living there now. So if you do fancy a bit of urban exploring, bear that in mind.
