Neo Chorio, Latsi and Polis

Neo Chorio is a lovely village on the edge of the Akamas. They recently built a bypass that takes you to the wilderness without entering the village. This is a shame, as it is a lovely place. If you are headed in that direction be sure to visit the village on your way through.

From Neo Chorio, we drive down to Latsi and finish in Polis.The countryside around Neo Chorio has a lot to recommend it, and is criminally underappreciated. We are preparing some footage of nearby gorges that will really amaze you.

Dominic, my wife and I have recently come across this video and it was extremely interesting. After twelve years in Argaka we are moving to Neo Chorio at the end of the month. Your trip through the village enabled us to notice things that we hadn’t been able to focus on (driving through the narrow streets does not give much time to sightsee). Our house is next to the church and it was fun to see our frontage. Happy days.

I have to agree with you about not noticing stuff when you are driving. I see far more when I am a passenger.
