Foinikas as the nearest abandoned village to Paphos City, yet it remains elusive to a lot of explorers as it is not that easy to get too. This is partly due to the fullness of the reservoir. When it is emptier, it is possible to drive from the Water Treatment Plant. At the moment though, you must approach from the direction of Nata.
We keep getting asked how to get to Foinikas, so we made this film to show you. We have reason to believe that the village will feature on "A Place In The Sun" at some point in the future (they contacted us asking how to get there). That will no doubt stoke up further interest. So here, in advance, is our advice on how to get there.
