Where do you live?
In Paphos with my husband Mike and son James, although we have six other children.

Best childhood memory?
Camping in Wales, but it always rained and we played British Battleships on pieces of paper in the evening.

Most frequented restaurant and absolute favourite dish?
Akis Taverna in Achelia and Kleftiko

What did you have for breakfast?
Poached Eggs and Beans

Would you class yourself as a day or night person?
Day

What is your favourite night out?
Family and friends get-togethers.

Best book ever read?
Jane Eyre, the only book I have read more than once. I like the love story, which is strange, as usually I like mysteries or biographies.

Favourite film of all time?
Casablanca, I love the whole atmosphere within the film.

Favourite holiday destination?
Apart from Cyprus I’m still looking for another one, although I love Athens

What music are you listening to in the car at the moment?
I have over 5,000 songs on my car music centre on shuffle, everything on there from Lancashire Hot Pots to Andrea Bocelli.

What is always in your fridge?
Milk

Dream house: rural retreat or urban dwelling? Where would it be, what would it be like?
Depends on the neighbours. Happy where I am now, but lived both rural and urban locations.

If you could pick anyone at all (alive or dead) to go out for the evening with, who would it be?
My Gran, she was an amazing lady, miss her and my Grandpa.

If the world is ending in 24 hours what would you do?
Try and get all my family together, but it would be impossible as they live all over the place

What is your greatest fear?
Snakes.

Tell me a joke…
I’m useless at jokes

The Ladies who Link are always after donations of bras. Their next fundraising event will be a Summer BBQ at Vineyard Taverna in Letymbou on June 24. €15 includes meal and entertainment. For more info contact: [email protected]
