I paid our 'property tax' last week to the Improvement Board of Tala via JCC on-line with my Nationwide Credit Card
It all went through fine - job done!

Just checked the statement this morning and see the payment is noted as to "Texas Assisted Living Association" .... 'more details' tells me it's "Koin.Symvouliou Talas" (website - tala.org)

Further googling reveals that the folks from Texas have tala.org whereas the folks from Tala have tala.org.cy

How bizarre!! :lol:

So has your payment gone to the right place or the wrong one?

Who knows! :lol:

I used JCC, which I think is a Cyprus only (?) system
I clicked on Improvement Board of Tala
The receipt says "Tala Community Council" with a Tala postal address and a 26xxxxxx phone number, so I would presume so.
I have emailed them to ask
