Jeremy Corbyn
Jeremy Corbyn
So Mr Corbyn is now back on the campaign trail and trying to score points against the tories by saying their foreign policies are to blame for this weeks tragic events.
Mr Corbyn you are a disgrace and should
apologise to all those injured and the families of those murdered on Monday . Even Tim Farron has not done that.
This is not the time to play dirty politics just 5 days on.
I am disgusted!

I'm surprised that you are surprised to be honest...Poppy wrote: ↑Fri May 26, 2017 5:10 pm So Mr Corbyn is now back on the campaign trail and trying to score points against the tories by saying their foreign policies are to blame for this weeks tragic events.

He was an apologist for the IRA too...

Re: Jeremy Corbyn
Poppy, before you blame anyone for anything, may I respectfully suggest you inform yourself about the facts. I have carefully read what Mr Corbyn said (twice, in fact) and analysed it. Read the full transcript of what he said https://blogs.spectator.co.uk/2017/05/j ... ranscript/# and tell me why you say 'Mr Corbyn you are a disgrace and should apologise to all those injured and the families of those murdered on Monday'. If there is anyone who is disgraceful, maybe it is she (or he) who accuses him falsely, probably out of ignorance.
Re: Jeremy Corbyn
What lies are being spread about Corbyn, can you be more specific please?Road Warrior wrote: ↑Fri May 26, 2017 5:37 pm Devil, sadly you are wasting your time, the lies spread about Corbyn are legion, much of it propagated by the MSM who protect the incompetent, weak and feeble May, along with her cabinet of imbeciles. There are troops on the streets of England today because May, as the worst Home Secretary the UK has ever seen, cut the numbers of police officers in England, by 20,000, returning the country to the policing levels of 1974, she was warned by the police federation that her actions risked the security of the country, she cut the number of Firefighters, by 10,000. All that is left to do is buy the popcorn and sit back and watch the show, it's coming.

Re: Jeremy Corbyn
Aren't the police numbers back to sort of 2003 levels...? Just before Gordon brown started throwing vast amounts of taxpayer's finest at recruitment...?#Road Warrior wrote: ↑Fri May 26, 2017 5:37 pm Devil, sadly you are wasting your time, the lies spread about Corbyn are legion, much of it propagated by the MSM who protect the incompetent, weak and feeble May, along with her cabinet of imbeciles. And pray tell, how would more bobbies on the beat have stopped a suicide bomber intent on killing as many Infidels as possible...?
Re: Jeremy Corbyn
Thank you Devil for posting the full transcript but I make no apologies at all. Mr Corbyn can make whatever claims or promises he likes but today was not the time. Anyone with an ounce of decency does not deliver that speech at this time.
Re: Jeremy Corbyn
But he didn't deliver the speech you claim he delivered.

I don' t understand what you are saying Dominic. He said and I quote" Many experts have pointed to the connection between wars our Govt has supported and fought in other countries such as Libya and terrorism here at home." He also said " Too often Govt has got it wrong on all 3 counts and isecurity is growing as a result" He also said " seeing the army on the streets is a stark reminder that the current approach has failed"
I repeat that he can think and say what he wants but THIS WEEK WAS NOT THE RIGHT TIME!!

Re: Jeremy Corbyn
If anyone thinks terrorism from jihadists has no links to Iraq, Libya, Afghanistan and Syria ..... then they're gravely mistaken.
Blair, (Brown) Cameron and May have contributed to 1 million deaths in Iraq, 500,000 in Afghanistan and God knows how many in Libya.
We hear crap about terrorism being started in 911 and we had to invade Iraq.... bullshit. Blair lied, Bush lied and we are reaping what we sowed.
Also, the 911 terrorists were Saudis, whose leaders have funded Wahhabi terrorism across the middle-east and Africa. Yet we give more arms to Saudis.:
I blame no party and no single leader for mistakes we've made, as they're all to blame. Why Britain lives in this imperialist past in believing we should stick our missiles and boys lives in places where we don't understand the politics, never mind anything else.
Britain and America trained ISIS fighters. We also trained and armed Taliban.
It's easy to see why young Muslims are influenced by corrupted Imams and perversions of Islam to become jihadists. We can't completely stop this until peace comes to the Middle East and that won't happen while the Gulf States and Saudi fund and arm militants and terrorists.
We also need the West to count to 10 before any involvement anywhere. The Muslim community needs to do far more, but there is evidence that at least 3 reports to the police occurred about the Manchester bomber..... maybe that's where the drop in 20,000 bobbies makes a difference..

Re: Jeremy Corbyn
I find it strange that those who think our escapades in Muslim lands abroad are to blame or at least contribute to the terrorist attacks in the UK...
...are often those that believe we should import unlimited numbers of young fit males from Muslim lands abroad. Because Reasons.
Frankly, I can't see the logic in it...

Re: Jeremy Corbyn
There is no right time but surely have the respect for the victims until at least the dead have been buried before you use this terrible tragedy to score points in the elections. That is my point. As to the rights and wrongs of various Governments foreign policies I do not have sufficient knowledge to comment but if I had I would show more respect to the victims of this atrocity than to argue now.
Re: Jeremy Corbyn
These 'young fit males' have been allowed in , by `Theresa May and her policies. Nobody else.cyprusgrump wrote: ↑Fri May 26, 2017 9:41 pm I find it strange that those who think our escapades in Muslim lands abroad are to blame or at least contribute to the terrorist attacks in the UK...

I haven't heard many, if any, ever say unlimited immigration, never mind unlimited refugees....
You been having bad dreams again, which you wake believing. Or maybe reading the Daily Mail and believing it's true.....

Re: Jeremy Corbyn
Oh okay, I stand corrected...

I'd (wrongly obviously) assumed we had been letting them in before she was in charge of everything...

Clearly I'm wrong and you are right and there was no Muslim immigration before TM took over - nasty TM!

That Tony Bliar didn't kick off the multiculturalism at all obviously... silly me...

Still, it makes a refreshing change from blaming 'Fatcher' for everything...

Re: Jeremy Corbyn
Not silly, just wrong. The era you refer to, when 'young fit Muslim men' were coming to the UK, has been with recent refugees coming to camps in Calais. That has been recent. Earlier refugees were more mixed and financial refugees, rather than Syria et alcyprusgrump wrote: ↑Fri May 26, 2017 10:30 pmOh okay, I stand corrected...![]()

Re: Jeremy Corbyn
In what sense are the people trying to get from France to the UK refugees?
Has France recently become a warzone, with families fleeing for their lives?

WELL, May has also referred to the tragedy to promote herself - on the same day. Pity she was enjoying herself elsewhere, when she did so, because that gave her less publicity.Poppy wrote: ↑Fri May 26, 2017 9:45 pm There is no right time but surely have the respect for the victims until at least the dead have been buried before you use this terrible tragedy to score points in the elections.
