Can someone explain to a thicko like me how they are going to police this, perhaps a team of divers swimming amangst bathers, looking at peoples crotches , waiting for a little change in waters the colour ?

I must have a long nose. I can't even remember ever having bathed in the sea, let alone pee in it. The most I have done is to paddle on a beach. Please remember that I spent most of my life in Switzerland which has no seacoast!

I was at the public swimming pool today and decided to have a sneaky pee in the deep end.
The lifeguard must have noticed - he blew his whistle so f*cking loud, I nearly fell in.
