We understand that you need - passports, original proof of vaccinations, copies of MEU3 (for return).

We crossed to the north a couple of weeks ago all we had was our passports.But just in case we had a safe pass ready but not needed.Hope this helps.

IF - you do not have a "Yellow slip" as proof of alien registration/residency in the Republic, then the Greek Cypriot immigration police will most likely stamp your passport on exit and then arrival, at least that is what they do at my local crossing in Deryneia.Safe passes no longer required.
And of course Car Insurance for the north which you can buy at most if not all crossing points.
