Maybe the GPS should be programmed to operate on the brains (if any) of those who illegally dump rubbish any old where.

It's also a pity some people think the recyclable waste bins in some villages allow for rubbish or unwanted items like car tyres, bed mattress, or old furniture to be dumped there.

Still the lesser evil though, compared to dumping in the fields.

I guess so but waste collection services refuse to take away such items, I pass a recyclable bin area daily and for the last 9 weeks several items remain dumped there

In Polemi they get a big open top 20-foot container from time to time and it has doors on the back that are left open. People can bring there non recyclable rubbish to this Big Skip
