Cyprus airports to accept EU Digital COVID Certificate as of July 1st

The Cabinet that convened Wednesday, amended the Action Plan for the operation of airports to include the EU Digital COVID Certificate (EUDCC) which will be issued by the EU Member States, as well as by the countries of the European Economic Area and by the Switzerland....

Thanks, I tidied it up.

And to answer your question, I believe this applies to EU and the Swiss. It is in addition to existing measures, such as the UK NHS certificate.
