Erdogan threatens repercussions after TC court ended teaching of Quran in schools

Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan threatened Turkish Cypriots with repercussions after a court in the breakaway state terminated the teaching of the Quran in schools.According to the Turkish Cypriot news agency, TAK, Erdogan said the president of the court must quickly rectify his mistake....

I would hope that the Mayor of Istanbul will make a move at some point. Erdogan really does have to be disposed of.

Problem is he has already had huge purges when he got rid of most of the people and groups who might have been motivated and capable of getting rid of him...
Any form of opposition to him would be met with considerable force.
