I recently posted about my scooter bought from Lidls which required a repair.
I now have a full refund and thanks to all of you who posted helpful suggestions.
As a result of the suggestions I made contact with Zoey on 080083300000 who really was very helpful and solved the problem.

Glad to hear that, Gerry. Restores my faith in Lidl's standards of service!
I have always found them helpful.They should be an example to other traders, particularly they will always give a refund if you need to return a purchase to them.
I can think of several stores in Paphos who refuse to do this and insist on giving a voucher instead...
