MEU3 appointment- what’s the wait time?

Mrs CL and I clock our 5 years residency this year.

When applying for an MEU1, way back, I we had to wait 2 months for an appointment.

Does anyone know what the lead time is currently for an appointment for MEU3?

Well, Brexit is over and apparently the Immigration Dept have introduced new forms. In place of the MEU3, is the MUKW3. I haven't seen one, but suggest you go along to immigration and ask them for one.Apparently, they will need biometric details and a photo which they take themselves.

Re the new MUKW3 form, that must be only for UK persons and not for other nationalities I suppose.

Yes, Louise I think so. Us Brits are now (non EU citizens) =3rd world citizens... which doesn't sound very good...does it?

Exactly what I meant. The decision to leave the EU will cause British expats living in EU countries many problems, as it is already to those living in Northern Ireland.
Having looked at the rigmarole required to obtain the new MUKW3 I will be in no hurry to update my present MEU3. Until required to do so.

...and isn't good. All our former EU privileges have been taken away

Give it a rest HIC, surely being able to have a Blue passport out weighs any EU privileges we have lost, moan moan moan I am joking by the way

I thought that the MUKW3 was optional, or is that another new document?
