Until now, I had no idea that the old system for obtaining a Cyprus driving license was being abused by some. I have always applied for a driving license, including renewal, with a personal appearance with my documents at the Transport Office on Polis Rd, or latterly at the Citizens Help Office.
The new system should make it less easy for people to get around doing it legally! If it improves the standard of driving on the roads it will be even better!
