Mag 420 box gone down

My new Mag 420 box has given up the ghost as of 19:50 this evening.

It loads the infomir screen, proceeds to load the portal, and then just gouges to a black screen.

It’s also not possible to turn omfg the box with the remote , and unplugging/ rebooting just produces the effects o ve.

Anyone else having problems ?

Using a different Model mag box, but no problems.
