Near drowning incident in Paphos, as lifeguards save woman

Lifeguards in Paphos saved a 50 year old woman who was drowning off the coast of Yeroskipou.
Members of the Kinyras Lifeguards, spotted the woman 50 to 60 meters from the ‘Rikkos’ beach.
She was in a state of panic and was assisted by the lifeguards with a rescue plank, as well as nearby bathers.
She was given first aid and taken to the Paphos General Hospital.
