Car Sharing Restrictions

Post by grb »

With the announcement today of restrictions easing, and with previous announcements, I have seen nothing about allowing more than three people to share a car. Have I missed something, or will the restriction stay in place until we hear otherwise?

Sorry, what I failed to ask is, are the 3 supposed to be from the same household? As nothing seems to have changed here, then I'm presuming the answer is still Yes.

Sounds a stupid law and very difficult to enforce. Not sure who the 3 permitted passengers are though. Does it mean families living together or can 3 persons who live on their own also car share?

I believe it's the 3 who live in the same household.

Considering the large unrelated numbers that are allowed to gather in public, I reckon the lawmakers forgot about cars & sharing. Nevertheless, the law is there to be followed. BUT we do live in a semi-lawless country, so ....... :?
