Lifestyle change
Lifestyle change
Today marks 7 weeks in quarantine. I've stopped eating meat and dairy. No alcohol, no caffeine, no energy drinks. Walking first, and now running six miles every day. I plan to make this my new lifestyle. I am completely vegan, gluten-free, caffeine free and sugar free. I also work out each day, 7 days a week. I dunno whose status this is? but I was really proud of them so I decided to copy and paste it.

I don't know. Every time somebody says they are Vegan my buttocks clench right up.
Happened this morning when I was reading about Bryan Adams. The boys have only just come back down.

Re: Lifestyle change
As an (ex) farmer I'm amused

At the beginning of the year, livestock farming was responsible for most of the pollution in the world.
Since we've all stopped driving and flying, the vegan activists seem to have gone quiet.
Hmm

A little story in the press today. Chef Ainsley Harriott was asked if he would ever consider going vegan. "No chance. I once had a girlfriend who turned vegan. Her flatulence was so terrible I had to get rid of her. It interfered with my cooking"
