Movement outside district only for swimming, caring for vulnerable

Changing from being able to go out once a day to three times a day seems over lenient to me..
I would have though that going out twice every day was ample at the moment ... Especially as you cannot go out to restaurant for an evening meal

Not if the driving force of the easing is to kick start the economy as the Finance Minister has made clear in his recent briefings . Then you need to allow citizens plenty of opportunity to get out and buy things not just from supermarkets but the myriad of stores that will re-open on May 4th and , of course, petrol stations . Having read the very sensible instructions put out as to how these stores will operate let’s just hope at least some of what is instructed is both implemented and more importantly obeyed , though my own experience in supermarkets has been that scant attention is paid to most of it especially by the citizens themselves. Let us hope the faith the Health Minister is putting into the 15 minute minimum close contact rule for being infected is correct for If not we shall quickly be back to where we are today .

Already before the lockdown I agreed to buy a car from a person in another district and had agreed that next week she´ll have it transferred to me and we´ll have ownership changed at the Traffic Department. Should that still be forbidden?

There is no ban on driving to different districts IF YOU HAVE A VALID REASON. It is up to you as an individual to sort out IF going to another district to buy a car is 'Necessary'.. Enquire with the Police, as it is them that are doing the checking of documents
