A Walk to the Harbour
Had a walk to the harbour today along the coastal path & I don't think I have ever seen so many coronaria in flower before ............ it was quite spectacular!

The third picture shows a Cyprus Wheatear I believe. I have them in the garden. Lovely little bird.

It's actually a Northern Wheatear, a Cyprus Wheatear has an all black back with a white cap which comes down the back of the neck.LouiseCastricum wrote: ↑Fri Apr 14, 2017 9:53 am The third picture shows a Cyprus Wheatear I believe. I have them in the garden. Lovely little bird.

They are breading every year in my garden, using the nesting box out of my production line even when experts from the Gov. told me it is not possible.

these are the little one's last year after 1 week out of nest...hiding between my crystal rocks.
