House of Commons/ Lords, Buckingham Palace, both in desperate need of repair, renovation.

The U.K. Will not be the same for the 5 or so years required for remedial work.

Brexit will be blamed.

I was trying to be satirical, you can't blame everything on Brexit.

Not at all. This is a political topic so belongs in the Politics forum. The people who like talking about politics know where the politics forum is. However, a lot of people don't like talking about politics, and, indeed, are put off by political threads because they can get highly emotive and argumentative.

If your thread is moved to the political forum, it doesn't mean it is bad, it means it is political.
