Trying to register on line, get to the point where I'm asked for my ARC number,insert the number from my ID card then get the message,beneficiary not found. Any ideas what to do next? Thanks for any help.

Make sure your name appears exactly as on the ARC, my middle name was included immediately after my first name, also your ARC number should be entered as either 05 or 005.
