So, Mr Green has finally come through

Post by PhotoLady »

The BHS Pension farce has moved on a tad....
Sir Philip Green has agreed a £363m cash settlement with the Pensions Regulator to plug the gap in the BHS pension scheme.
Workers will get the same starting pension that they were originally promised.
It brings to a close a long-running negotiation over benefits for former workers of the collapsed retailer.

What's to say someone in Paphos may not be affected?
And forgive me for the reminder, but this is the General Discussion Area of the forum. Not subject only to news about Paphos ;-)

I agree with photolady as it could affect people who now live in Paphos. Plus are you saying that once you live in Paphos you should bury your head in the sand and show no interest in what is going on in the rest of yhe World? I personally think it is disgraceful that he has been allowed to wait so long to make this offer which is far less than it should have been. in my humble opinion he should definitely be stripped of his knighthood.

Unless you are a BHS pensioner residing in Paphos!
