I went to Pafos Airport yesterday afternoon to collect my Sister and when I tried to enter the car park which was chained off with a Lady controlling entry, I was told that entrance was only by previous on-line booking and was directed to another car park which I could not find. Anyone else have a problem?

Dropped my parents off there on Tuesday and all as per before.
The airport now has flights to Zürich so no longer a trip to Larnaca to go to Switzerland. The check-in could not have been easier. 1 Euro in and out in less than 20 minutes.

To the best of my knowledge the parking is (has been) like this:-

We flew into Paphos airport on Saturday evening and it was very very busy.
We were waiting to be picked up from the people at Park and fly and they had to stop in the middle of the road to pick us up as the car park was full.
You can imagine the cars behind us!!! The lady from Park and fly was excellent.

Emgee-looks like you might have pulled in too soon into the wrong car park according to the helpful map above.

The reason emgee could not enter the main carpark Saturday afternoon was because it was full!

I only know of the open car park which is both long term and short term, and the covered car park which I believe is long term only ..

I had not booked on-line to park beforehand.
