In fact the BBC video is accurate as this intercommunal social activity has been going on in the buffer zone near the Ledra Palace check point quite successfully for several years now. More initiatives like these would be valuable especially in the Paphos area where some people seem more radical.
Anything which breaks down barriers especially among young people of both communities would probably be a good move for future peace and co operation on this lovely island.
