euro
Re: euro
My personal view is;
May will no get her deal through parliament
She will move for a vote against No-Deal brexit, which will pass
She will then have a vote on a 2month extension to brexit, which will pass
Then the ‘games a bogey’ as we say up here....

Re: euro
What should happen next after tonight’s latest farce:
• Quietly revoke Article 50
• Tell Brexiters we left with no deal
• Send them blue passport covers
• Give them special long queues at airports/ports
• Charge them for roaming calls/data
• Give them food and medicine ration books
• Get on with life

Another reason some Remain voters are viewed with such disdain.Jimgward wrote: ↑Wed Mar 13, 2019 12:35 am What should happen next after tonight’s latest farce:

Not all remainers I hope, most of us find this behaviour equally repugnant.Jimgym wrote: ↑Wed Mar 13, 2019 9:06 amAnother reason some Remain voters are viewed with such disdain.Jimgward wrote: ↑Wed Mar 13, 2019 12:35 am What should happen next after tonight’s latest farce:

Re: euro
For goodness sake, has there been a humour bypass? It’s not even my words, I purloined them from Facebook as I thought it funny. I think if we don’t laugh at this movement, it would be even more serious. The whole exercise is a farce and the sooner we leave or stay, the better. With millions in poverty, hundreds dying on the streets each year, the NHS collapsing... the entire thing is too much of a distraction as to what really affects our immediate lives.

Re: euro
From my remainer perspective it is a bit like Russel Brand, the first 10 minutes might, possibly, probably not but it is bearable, raise a titter. 2 years of it and you want to put a brick through the TV.Jimgward wrote: ↑Wed Mar 13, 2019 11:07 am For goodness sake, has there been a humour bypass? Re: euro
Nah!! I'm a leaver, but never ever found Russell Brand remotely amusing! I wanted to put a brick through the tv the first time I saw him!
And don't even mention Ed Miliband going to his house for Brand to 'interview' the possible next Prime Minister! To quote Julia Roberts - Big Mistake, Big. Huge.
Pillock.

Re: euro
Why do you think I picked Brand, creepy weirdo and the wife agrees. I assume the pillock is not aimed at me, that would make you as bad as a fanatical remainer.smudger wrote: ↑Wed Mar 13, 2019 6:24 pm Nah!! Re: euro
A bit early to be drinking,

Re: euro
Well, I'm sure half the world would disagree with that one.... Haven't heard any military leaders in the UK talk much sense either.... most are so far away from reality, they'd be as well being locked away in their Soho clubs for the remainder
Re: euro
SE.. you can’t resist, can you? Always sniping. Always having to make something’s where it doesn’t exist. The point was about countries run by the military, but you have to get right in there. I will put you back on hide. You’re not worth it. You can’t argue with trolls and idiots.
